No Monthly statements after 5 requests

I've opened my account 7 or 6 months ago and never received a monthly statement from Edgars.
I've requested the statement 5 times already with the correct home address and e-mail address.
I've received all my statements in October after complaining in store, and once again it's NEW MONTH still no statement.
