I keep sending African Bank e-mails regarding my statements and nobody ever replies
I have a personal loan as well as a credit card with them
I use to receive my statements via mail and all of a sudden it stopped.
Last month I got my statement on sms, which does not tell you anything and does not really help.
I would like to receive my statements via email as it originally was. Due to me not ever getting any replies on my emails I am forced to write a complaint here.
That seems to be the only way to get a response out of people these days.
