What happened to FNB

I always liked FNB. It was my no 1 bank but the past month I been struggling to open an account and transfer money from one account to another due to "proof of address."
We recently moved so we don't have any statements coming to our house yet and FNB don't accept rental agreements only if it's the agreement is the original and bla bla bla.
So after struggling to get a certified copy of the rental agreement it was not accepted.
After getting a letter from my employer, the letter was also not accepted because some of the information was written.
The thing that ticks me off the most is the fact that I have been a client of FNB for the last 13 years and I only want to open an account and transfer money after having 2 accounts already.
Every time you go to the bank after waiting 45 min and playing musical chairs, still no help.
Maybe its time for a change
