Opening a business account

Fnb claims that you can open a business account in less than 2min yes you can but that does not mean that it is open. I tried to transfer money in and acount frozen
So I called and the first person told me that I need a proof of address transfer me to the wrong person so I had to call again and the next operator told me I have to transfer money in so I told her I tried but the account is frozen she yes I must go into the bank to do so what os the point of the online banking option when I told her that I am not happy with this she transfer me again to the wrong person who could not help by this time I have had it with fnb and closing all accounts with them
