DENIED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT

On Friday the 24th January I went to Capitec branch in Rossburgh with the aim of opening an account. I was told by two ladies that I cant open an account without the original Lease agreement as I had the copy of my original Lease agreement at the original stays with the LandLord who is in JHB. I have purchased my car with the same Lease agreement, got credit card with Standard Bank with the same Lease agreement, opened accounts with the same agreement, Capitec always advertise how easy it is to switch to them is this what they mean? I had my Salary slip and ID but still was denied to Open a simply savings account, I was hoping to switch to CAPITEC but with the service I receiced I am not so sure any more.
