Why is their customer care if nobody respond to it

I was off ill and had urgent payment to make on my internet. I tried to sign on in FNB account, had no luck. I tried several times bringing it that my password was denied. I needed to by airtime for my cell then this problem hit on me. Seeing that I was ill and had no airtime I could not phone or go in to the bank. I send a complain on the FNB acc to ask somebody to please help me. Well this is 17 days and up till this moment nobody made an affort to contact me. Why to bank and suppliers give an customer e mail reply on their site if they don't do any affort to help. I do all everything on inter banking but at this stage I feel FNB has let me down. I urgent need to have this problem fixed.
