Refusing to assist me 3 times!

I am so irritated at the moment. I have banked with Absa for almost 7 years. I have two account, have been through the updating of my address and particulars and everything is up to date. I have been into Absa Canal Walk three times in the past 2 weeks to try and open another savings account. The lady at the desk on the right as you enter first told me that my proof of address was not acceptable - It was a copy of my lease agreement as well as a copy of a letter from the agency that I rent from confirming my address. The second time, I went in with a copy of my telephone bill - she tells me she needs to see the original email... what would you like me to do - Bring my desktop in? I am closing both accounts and moving my entire portfolio over to another bank. Thanks
