Waiting 3 days to change my transfer limit

On Friday the 20th i phoned to have my swipe limit changed to my withdrawal limit and qas given refence number 64785895 and told it would take 24hours.by chance i phone back on monday to follow up, and was advised that the report wasnt logged properly. so i had to wait another 24 hrs. at 15:30 today i phoned agajn and was advised that the request was sent ti the wrong department. so why is this incompetence my problem? my business is on hold because ur stafc cant do their jobs properly. i didnt ask fotr money, but only to hsve my limit switched to another option. i think its time to change banjs agai n.
