Change limit on credit card

How dare you change my limit with out call me and explaining why,
I have never once missed a payment.
and i have always paid more then the amount due.
and you call centre can be more helpful in assist me
Who said that you are allowed to change the limit with our consent.
I am not a credit risk.
I want my limit change back to the way it way and the credit refund ASAP.
I will not stand for this, this is so wrong. and not the way you conduct business.
i want an answer within the next 2 hrs
