I have to say dealing with Betterbond was undoubtedly the worse experience I have ever had with a bond agent.
My bond has been approved by the banks, yet your agent Blanche Kuin has still not contacted me to advise me what to do next.
I think I called Blanche more than 20 times to get an update. She always advised me that she will call me back in 5 minutes to update me but I wasn't holding my breathe, thankfully.
It must be noted that I wasn't pestering Blanche- it was because my bond application took almost two months to finalise and still I haven't signed any paperwork.
Absolute terrible service.
