Debit order reversal

I have a contract with Vodacom, and my debit order is R190, but from last month they started to debit R209. I don't now why increase of my monthly, in my account I only transfer for R190 and bank charges but now they tried to debit R209 and it reverse because my balance in that aaccount was only R200 for R190 debit order. Because of they reversal I was charged R115, for something that I dont now. I not in South Africa they should use my email address : [Email Removed]
