STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT

After my first query two weeks ago and my complaint on Hello Peter last week, I still have not received any feedback with regards to my query on my statement of account. On Friday last week I received another call from DMC with regards to my payment in July which they told me they have not received. I again asked for a fax number where I can send my proof of payment to, but have not received a number. I again told the person on the other side that I have a query on my account and that I am still awaiting response. I originally though that DMC was following up on this matter. I am now again requesting feedback on my account. I need your urgent response with regards to this matter and not a letter from you on Hello Peter that you are following up on my complaint!!! I NEED THIS MATTER RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!! Your client service is BAD!!! I am going to the newspaper and Standard Bank with this bad service!!!
