It has been over a week that I have been trying to get hold of someone at Standard Bank Home loans department to discuss withdrawing from my access bond.
I have called the call centre on numerous occasions only to be cut off over and over again after holding on for over 20min at a time.
I went onto their website 3 times these past 10 days to request a 'call back' as I can't seem to get hold of anyone, and still have not heard anything from them.
I am really shocked at the service from such a big company. If it wasn't for my home loan I would close my account with immediate affect. This is not the first time I have had issues with their home loan department, every time I would like to make an enquiry, I absolutely dread having to deal with them.
Someone suggested I put a complaint in with Hello Peter and maybe that way, someone within the company will have the decency to call me back. Lets hope they are right otherwise I will most certainly look into alternate options to move my home loan elsewhere.
