On 08th September I logged a complaint that you were deducting a credit life premium for a few months now on my credit card, which I had never applied for. I was contacted by one of your staff and told that you were "waiting for the paperwork". since then I have heard nothing further, but you're happy to take my money and I'm sure you'll take more of it at the end of this month. Thank you ABSA, being a decent client, not defaulting for so many years means nothing.
