Credit Limit Changed

My Card was used in November last year. I had to cancel my Card as a result. I waited until January for ABSA to reverse the activity. As my card was cancelled I did not deposit any monies into my ABSA account. As soon as I got my new Card I deposited R900 into my account. I was then told I have to pay more into my account? I did so as soon as possible (the same month) I then realized that my Credit limit has been changed. After I contacted the Credit Card division I was told it was because I did not pay my account since December. I explained that I had to cancel my Card because of the. No she said I still had to pay?? I was never informed of this! No one told me I have to still pay if there is a case pending?!?!!
I have been a ABSA Client for years now and never have I not paid my monthly installments!!
Very bad way to treat a loyal client! I will pay off my C/C and then close my ABSA Credit Card as well as my other accounts! I will then open accounts at the competition!

Always very quick to change details when it suits the Corporate Banks!
