My first correspondence was emailed to ABSA Life as requested in order for them to pay my credit card for 3 months until I am back on my feet. Instead all ABSA did was transfer funds from my cheque to credit card 3 times without clearing it with me.

I resent the necessary document so many times over the last month. I even met with a platinum advisor in the branch.
