Please respond FNB, another bank has responded

I am a 33 year old trainee accountant on the verge of qualifying as a CA, but because I am older then 30, fnb says I dont qualify for their young professional account. I have been contacted by one of the other banks as and they are willing to give me a platinum card and better credit card rate, your 18% is way too much.

So fnb, are you willing to make a move and supply me with this account or will I have to make do by moving to another bank that is willing to offer me what I want.
I would appreciate if you would respond ASAP.
