RATING WITH THE BANK-SAME EXCUSE ALL THE TIME

I have banked with ABSA over 4 years. From a student account to a Platinum account... I have never changed my bank simply because ABSA did offer me affordable banking with the Platinum package. I now qualify for a different banking account, but when I did visit the banker two weeks ago I was advised to visit the banker after a three month period simply because of the 'behavior' on my current account. Three days ago I visited ABSA for a Revolving Credit facilty and was taken aback when the banker said it was declined... Because of my credit card been "delinquent" in the last 6 months. Dear ABSA credit - I HAVE USED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS. IN MARCH A FEMALE HAD CONTACTED ME ON MY CELL REQUESTING ME TO MAKE PAYMENT (TO MY ACKNOWLEDGMENT) THERE WAS A DEBIT ORDER LOADED ON MY CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR MY ABSA CREDIT CARD. FURTHERMORE THERE WAS AND IS STILL IS A DEBIT ORDER LOADED ON MY CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR MY ABSA CREDIT CARD. RECTIFY THIS MATTER, AS A CLIENT IT IS DISAPPOINTING TO EXPERIENCE THIS WITH A BANK THAT HAS SO MUCH TO OFFER BUT DOESN'T DELIVER.
