Took me about 2 monthseived to getr my pertol card. when i received my credit card they made a spelling error on the card. charged me to replace the card. never gave me the option of a young professionals account even though my degree was repeatedly brought to their attention. when asked about young professionals and upgrading my credit card to the young professionals platinum card. was told i cant. complained about this. was told they would make a plan and contact me within 3-4 dayts. been 1-2 weeks now. nothing. spent half an hour on the telephone with them. no help. was sent through to various departments. no success. so... Last chance fnb... please give me the service you promise and andvertise or tell me where i can close my account
