Access to slow lounge from platinum banking

I moved banks for one of the selling points of qualifying for access to the slow lounge, the requirements for qualifying to use the slow lounge have now changed. I am travelling today in an emergency and now do not qualify for the slow lounge any longer, we are a family with two kids and the access was a definite reason why I chose FNB as waiting in the main areas with Children is very painful. Now that they have my business FNB choose to provide me with less. I was very happy at standard bank and will now be moving back, please note that I use FNB for all my banking including Discovery which is the most expensive credit card on the market because of FNB and Discovery both taking their cut. So understand that I am not still using my previous or another bank to do all my banking just to utilise the benefits of FNB. I am very disappointed and feel robbed and feel that I wasted all my time moving. The private banker could not assist.
