Hello i have with fnb for very long time, as a platinum cheque holder, i dont even get benefits, no overdraft, no credit card, not even tem loan, but the silly part fnb tells me i qualify for personal loan? i understand each bank got its own ratting, to check credit rating, nedbank bank giving me great service, they gave me a credit card, a standalone pertrol card, absa given me a credit card as well i had to take it as fnb wont give me, i dont seem to understand somthing is not right with my account, i make the monthly requirement, i checked my transunion record, yes i have credit enquirers, but that dose effect my application, i asked them, but fnb tells me it effects the appliction, i have been trying for a fnb credit card for the last 3 years, comon guys this is not fair, check my credit ratting, everything paid on time, only thing nice and easy to use is the online banking, whats the use having a platinum cheque card when it dose no justice, if fnb cant offer me service i rather which to another bank that can assist me, i like fnb but what do i do, even if fnb gives me a 2000 limit i will accept, i cant keep bank if fnb not giving me what i want
