Useless staff at FNB

Last week I went to FNB in Woodmead and Sandton City to enquire as to how I can move from Standard Bank to FNB with regards to my credit card. I was told that I do not qualify for a FNB credit card as i already have too much credit available to me with Standard Bank. I stated that I will be closing the Standard Bank credit card account and I was moving from Standard Bank to FNB and as such, I was not asking for more credit, but rather, I wanting to know how I go about moving my credit card from the one bank to the other. Needless to say, FNB have been nothing short of useless in this regard and I was told there was nothing they could do and I would be able to reapply in 6 months time. I do not understand what is so difficult to understand and how it is that FNB cannot give me a credit card when i have a current account and wish to move my credit facilities to them. I am extremely disappointed in the service i received.
