I have been retrenched on 26 June 2013. I have cover that my payments on my car finance will be taken care off for a certain time if this should happen. As soon as has I had all the paperwork, it was send to Wesbank. I got a reply that stated it will be send to the relevant departments and right departments. Nothing has been done. I found out after numerous fights and wasting off money that Regent is the insurer and I lodged a claim. They informed me that the cannot complete the claim because they are not receiving documents requested from wesbank/Richard smal. I had to phone for the third time on the 23 of Sep and was informed via email by Richard smal that no claim has been lodged. This is people that that has made my life a living and costing me money I don't have. HELP!!! Now I am a payment behind and have all sorts of fines and extra I have to pay.
