Order was placed with my FNB Ebucks account
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday (Faheema Abbas) as a surprise gift and instead of them delivering it to her on her birthday they delivered it on the 23rd September 2013 and instead of the flowers being delivered to my address they went and delivered it to my neighbors
This is not the first time this happened, previously I had ordered flowers for mothers day and the same thing happened they delivered it to the recipients without my note (personal greetings message) and not on time actually the next day
