African Bank
Very disappointed

I've supported African bank 2004 and these last few months I'm really VERY DISAPPOINTED with them.
Got a call the other day saying my account is in arrears. I have 2 loans and one credit card wit them, but yesterday when the debit orders went of my bank account, there was 3 loans and one credit card. phoned them this morning at 9:30, only to hear that they cant help me because the head office is close.
Fine I understand that it's a public holiday, but now my other debit orders cant go off, and guess what, now its just costing me more money because of bank fees for debit orders that was returned.

this is not the fist time it happened.
like I said, I've supported African bank for nearly 10 years now and this is the thanks I get.
