On the 8th of November I have made a online application for finance on a truck and I still didnt even receive any feedback on the application.
I have phoned Wesbank to find out what is going on because the need for the truck is urgent. If I phone, no one is able to assist me in any way, they put me through different departments, departments which do not help me and today they said I must phone a marketer in my area.
I mean, this is the most pathetic service I have ever received from Wesbank where we have 4 vehicles which Wesbank are financing.
