2 years ago my husband and I purchased a brand new discovery 4 and did the finance through Wesbank - the deal went smoothly and the rate was good - obviously we have now considered WESBANK again for another vehicle - the online application was approved in seconds and all looked good...
A list of docs were requested to be sent to the dealer - which was done! - in order for the contracts to be drawn up!!!
Now 2 weeks later - we still dont have the car!!! Despite the fact that my husbands Land Rover only now has 10 months remaining on his finance (36 month contract!)... he has never missed a payment and is constantly receiving correspondence from WESBANK thanking him for 'the perfect manner in which he controls his account! '
Fatima Abdool is now asking for additional paperwork and has proposed a 10.5% interest rate!!
She very clearly does not want our business and with such a negative attitude towards us, her existing customers in such good standing, SHE IS NOT GOING TO GET IT!!
We will gladly give our business to another facility!
Our time is not for WESBANK to abuse by individuals or departments on power trips!
