I am not satisfied with the quality of the DH bags. This is the second time I have purchased a bag, and the quality is not up to standard. I am not a wealthy person; however, I know that quality lasts, so I saved money to get a bag. The bag is less than a year old and has hardly been used, but the straps are untidy. You can clearly see how neat the bag is. I have another bag that looked old and faded after just 4 to 5 uses. I have that bag as well. I am not happy at all because buying a bag like this is an achievement for me, and I am regretting it now. I need these replaced and an explanation on the quality.
