How do I get address actually changed. I have been to the bank multiple times have to take time off work each time etc then the teller types on a keyboard for 15 minutes pretending to change my address. That's been at least 5 times. More than 2 full working days time added up. Every time I call over the phone I am told I must go into a branch to change my address. My statements are still being posted to my old address.
