Imposssible to change address

I have written 5 times for them to change my address. Starting in 2012. They have everything they need but they keep asking me the same things: ID, Acc number, Phone number, old address, new address they have got it. I am 87 years old. Liberty changed my address, FNB changed my address, Sanlam changed my address, my medical aid changed my address. Cell C can't change my address!!! Now they moan because they can't get me on the phone. What more do they want. I have had a back operation and they won't get me on the phone. JUST PLEASE CHANGE MY ADDRESS. Can it be so difficult when YOU HAVE GOT ALL THE INFORMATION. Ok so I can't pay my account because I do not receive my account. A good one for the court. I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ACCOUNT. O E C Freese
