I receive countless phone calls from you confirming my pay date. I GET PAID ON THE 23RD . I do not get paid on the 20th. All the call center agents phone me and confirm they have changed it. Then Thabisa says the call center cant change it I have to go into the bank (This after having my account for almost 2 yrs). I have had plenty loans with Capitec and have submitted my payslip many times...??? Seriously guys.
Besides the arrogant phone call from Thabisa, I am happy to be with FNB since March 2013 by the way... not that you guys noticed and look forward to closing my Global One card at the end of October with my last loan payment. Now I know why you guys have "Cancel your Global One Card" as the first option when you phone the call center.
