I call in last month to query charges to my bank account and was told it will be investigated and they will call me back. I never got a response to date, ever since this new online banking i have been charged for things i dont know.
FNB prove what you are saying so we can all move on, better yet please prove and advise how am i doing these transactions.
I spoke to Nicole Jansen at 08:15 this monring whom in my opinion -- NEEDS TRAINING URGENTLY--- I want FNb to call me to go through my account for the last 3 months with regard to my charges and investigate what is going on becasue some pepol can and some just dont waht to.
