I went into the branch on the 10th of February to close my account where I was told that I cannot do it because of the charges that I owe. I then went back on the 18th because I know that there were money in my Account and was told that my Account cannot be closed because the Tellers went home. I went back on the morning of the 19th and was told that there are uncleared charges on my account therefore my account cannot be closed, I must come back on the 25th Feb 2013. I went back this morning and was told that my Account cannot be closed because I first have to write a letter for closure. I really dont know what to do cause the charges keep on accumalating everyday this account stays open eventhough I do not use this account.
