OUTRAGES CHARGES

My husband was charged R900 in bank charges last month. When i phoned the call centre i wasnt even given 2 seconds as the lady rudely told me its not my account she cant do anything, for all she knows my husband couldve been standing next to me. We cant afford R900 in bank charges as my husband was retrenched and he just started working last month again. Nobody can assist us!!! I told him the best would be to change his account. FNB's slogan is How can we help you? - Well you can help us by refunding if not all at least some of the bank charges on his account! If not i will make sure he closes his account!
