Ridiculous Charges!!

Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I downloaded a statement from FNB online banking & noticed that my bank charges amounted to about R450. I called the call center to query this, but the gentlemen had no answers and couldn't explain why it was that high. The call got cut and this gentlemen didn't bother calling back, in fact he sent me a "rate my service" email to which i responded that nothing was resolved. I've spoken to other FNB users and one of them (who is a platinum card holder) has never been charged more than R130 for bank charges. I then got a phone call today from a lady telling me that the high charges on my account are part of FNB's rate - CHARGES FOR R450?!?! This is ABSURD!!! I've never been charged this much by ANY BANK FOR ANYTHING!!!

FNB falters at their service as well as their ABSURD charges, I have never in my life been robbed by a bank like FNB has robbed me! To say the least I am DISGUSTED!

Thanks but NO THANKS - I'll be sure to close my accounts with your bank and advise and advertise to everyone I know about this!!
