I had an accident on the 14th of August 2013, where my car had a minor damage. Budget organised my car to be fixed by Auto Magic and I was promised to get my car back by the 13th of September 2013. When the 11th of September hit, I called to confirm the collection of my car, mind you I am now calling to confirm and I was told, but no we are still waiting for what what and what what... I was not even interested because I thought if you are still waiting for what what, why have you not communicated that with me like you communicated you would have completed my car by the 13th. At this point I was speaking directly to Automagic. I then called the consultant by budget who was assisting me and I explained the entire story to him. This person was designated to my case, however he had no clue about the progress of my car, which reflects badly on Budget as they should be following up on all cars that they processed claims for to be fixed. He came back to me with the same story and they now promised to complete the car by the 20th. This very same consultant, promised to get back to me on the 19th of September and guess what? I am still waiting, car-less and frustrated.
