I have my vehicle covered by budget and was hit in the door early this year. I swooped details with the other driver and reported the accident. Next day called budget and explained and basically explained they should claim from his insurance. Next thing I know he denies it all.
Budget consultant says his whole story is suspicious and that I should ask budget to take the matter to their legal department! I did and that's where it ended.
I pay an amount of R1200 a month every month and just like all other companies they can just mess you around! I am so tired of bad service!! Everywhere you go it's all the same! If I want my vehicle repaired I must pay in R5000 and they will try claim from his insurance!! Like that's going to happen!
Sick of and no service but always taking money! Another complaint against a company that could care less I'm sure.
