My husband and I have been banking with FNB for as long as I can remember. It seems its totally too long! Applied for re advance on my homeloan, which I have been overpaying all these years. The extra payment on the loan that I am applying for, will still be less than to what I am paying them every month.!!! We both have clean credit records!!! They claim we have a bad record with the group because there was a problem on a credit card in 1999! In the meantime they approved a R70000 re advance only last year!!! FNB you are the laughing stock of the year! Needless to say I will move my account to a Bank that will make more logical sense!! FNB you are nothing but a total bunch of GO and re-do your calculations. That is what a bank should stand for: EFFECTIVENESS! YOU SCARE THE OUT OF ME.!!!
