I was involved in a car accident on the 29 of June 2013, called Budget my car insurance, they sent a tow truck to tow the car: I was very pleased with that and the rate it took to approve the claim. My worst nightmare began when Aldo Viljoen the assessor from telesure decided that other damages resulted from the accident will not be fixed or repaired because they happened in the same spot with my previous claim from the insurance, to my dismay this assessor guy is the same assessor who assessed my car last year, he knows that the car was fixed by Auto Magic Nelspruit. Budget insurance need to make it clear to me that a car is only fixed once at a given spot.
