I dropped off my car for hail damage repair at global hail solutions on the 14 February 2013 I was told the car will take about 7 days no one called me until I called on the 22 February and I was reffered to clc auto body the panel beater I spoke I think to Trevor he said he can't confirm wen will the car be ready but one bothered to call me to tell me how far they are with the car from last week i have been telling those people and budget that I want my car back I'm cancelling my claim they refused and said the car will be ready next week but they can't confirm when their manager is been promising to call me back I'm still waiting I'm insured with budget and I feel they not doing anything to assist me at this point by next week Thursday if my car is not ready I will report it as they refuse to give it back even when I told them to no longer fix it and I will be cancelling my insurance with budget as soon as I get my ca
