My mother who is a pensioner, reported that her car was in an accident on the 23th of November2013.The car was assessed within a week she was told it's a "write-off". They then told her they had to compile reports from hospital and police. On the 19th of Dec 2013 she called them as nobody cared to tell her about the progress of the case. They told her that they are still on it. On the 23th of Dec13 she called again she was told that everything has been compiled they are waiting for senior manager to sign some documents. On the 30th she called again they were still waiting for the signature. On the 6th of January2014 still no response or update she called them. Now the story changes they were waiting for hospital report that they only got on that day. The hospital confirmed that Budget only paid them on the 6th of Jan to release the report. And they further state that they spoke to budget on the 6th of Dec 2013 about the deposit that was needed for the report. My mother then got the report and faxed it to budget on the 6th Jan14.Until now no one is calling to say what is going on. I am really disappointed because this shows how they operate!!!
