I went through my credit card statement this month and picked up the following issues, please advise before I make payment on my account?
I have 2 transactions that are not balancing with my slips 1) Romans Pizza you say I swiped for R370.70 yet my slip states R134.90. 2) Plasticland you say I swiped for R792.90 yet my slip says R599.00 WHAT IS GOING ON ON THIS STATEMENT THIS MONTH??? Also I have 4 transactions on my statement but no amounts??? PnP Okfields and The hub greenstone and game WHY ARE THESE TRANSACTIONS ZERO? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MY ACCOUNT IS SUCH A MESS AND I AM THINKING OF CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RECONCILE THJIS? You need to explain to me whats going on and send me a new statement as this is unacceptable from Nedbank I have never paid you late and have always paid on time and always settle thjis card I CANT THIS MONTH AS THESE TRANSACTIONS ARE FALSE!!! Please get back to me by the 8th of October as I dont want my pmt to go through late
