Viewers, check your statements if you bank with Nedbank. You may find errors.
This morning 06 November 2013, 10:25 I made a call to Nedbank client care center.
My query was a simple one pertaining to my Visa statement for period 02 October to 01 November 2013
My Nedbank Visa statement has two columns, Debits & Credits.
I made a payment of R6455.50 on the 17 of October 2013 BUT it does not reflect in the "Card Transactions detail" section, column: Credits
I was told to wait a while for further assistance could be found to this matter. The person on call support confirmed she could view this payment-transfer but could not advise why I could not view it in the credits column.
Well the call went dead.
So much for service.
I moved my account from Standardbank at a time when Standardbank did not offer cashback on purchases.
I can say that Standardbank statements were very thorough on transaction activities... sadly Nedbank is not.
I hope Nedbank offer some reasonable excuse why I cannot view a transfer to my account in the credits column?
I would like to know why the tally at the end of the statement does not add up to transactions minus (positive) transfers to Visa?
