I just want to find out why my credit statement is mostly late and never sent to me on the same time every month. I would really love to pay my credit card but cannot do so until I get my statement as I try my utmost best to settle this card on a monthly basis.
I logged a query on your website and have received no feedback, i even contacted a person from Nedbank who I dealt with when I had previous query and he also did not come back to me.
I am especially worried this month regarding my statement as I tried doing an online purchase and I cancelled it and want to see if it went through or not otherwise that's another problem i need to resolve.
