On 13/6/2013 our driver was involved in an accident, while our director was on his way to the accident scene I called Outsurance to report the accident and to request for a Tow-truck to assist. Lloyd Naidoo assisted us logging the accident, he was so helpful and patient and immediately informed First Road Emergency Services to go to the accident scene. All the time Lloyd was efficient, helpful and informative, within seconds we received a claim #. Lloyd assisted us till First Road towed our vehicle away. Within days our claim was resolved. Today our director phoned Outsurance to inform of our new vehicle and to activate the insurance, Rochel Canham assisted us, and again we received excellent service, We really would like to thank Outsurance team for always going the extra mile with their customers, their Call Centre Consultants are always, friendly, helpful and very efficient. Thumbs up for Outsurance!!!
