On December 7th 2010, I was in an accident with a truck driver, Eventough it was not my fault the other parties insurance would not pay, so I ended up claiming from my personal insurance and paying the deductible. A couple of months later, once my car was fixed Yolandie contacted me and asked if I was willing to review my case and send all the documents pertaining to my case. I sent her everything and she told me she would try get my deductible back from the other parties insurance company. Through this time, I moved countries and time zones, so the process was slower than normal because I had to cancel because my work schedule. Yolandie though always kept me in the loop and was very understanding, she would always answer my questions when I sent her an email. Eventually I got my deductible back. Thanks to Yolandie and her assistant, for working on my case, the perseverance and the professionalism that they continuously extended towards me through this successful process.
