I put in a claim in January whereby money was out of my office, without force, whereby Mutual & Federal paid out the R1300.00, this week I put in a claim, as I had 74 people over, my office drawer had been broken open, the lock is broken, forcible entry, yet I have no claim, all the broker does is send me the email saying "Please note that as per the wording there has to be proof of forcible and violent entry and exit to the home." Now if there was violent entry/exit to the home that would be a burglary, we were 74 people outside on the grass and in the barn, my office was locked yet one saw fit to open the door break open a lock/which is forcible entry, so can someone please explain to me if that is not forced then what is... what am i paying for if things like this happen and it's not seen as a claim, it's the same as saying my jewellery box is on my dressing table I have people over it disappears, I have no claim, in other words I must hide everything when I have people over, and this is household cover.
