I was involved in a 4 car pile-up on the highway that was caused by another driver. I contacted Budget insurance as my car needed to be towed. The following day I was contacted by a woman from Budget who asked me a few questions regarding the accident, not once did I mention to her that I was making a claim. The following day I was contacted again by the same woman who informed me that my car had been written off and that she would process my claim. I then told her that I was not claiming from Budget and that I was claiming from the person who caused the accident. She then very rudely told me that she has to cancel my claim and that I have to fetch my car immediately or she could not guarantee the safety of my car at their lot. When the towing company fetched my car, the radiator had been taken out and placed in the boot and my one tyre had been blown down as it did not have a puncture. The following day the same woman contacted me and told me that my car had been removed from the insurance!! Terrible service and I would not recommend Budget insurance to anyone!!
