I have a educational plan with old mutual, n this is the second month not debting on my acc I went to the branch on smith street n the lady wus the receptionist cudnt help as she ddnt know why the money was not deducted, today went to the branch on pine street also spoke to receptionist wudnt tell. But to conclude they ol dnt knw n I ddnt evn get a notice frm old mutual saying that we dnt deduct on weekends or that they ddnt receive payments n now its my policy that wil b affected I mean y do I have a debit order if they won't deduct??? N also they must hire staff that is clued up with what they are doing cos u just cnt tell me you don't know what happen I am client n m expecting ansas all the tym n by the way the reason I did debit s bcos I dnt hv tym to go to the bank
