I've been under an insurance company for over 2 years and just recently I was involved in an accident where a truck driver hit me in the back, sure enough as the rules of the road would have it, the truck driver was at fault but refused to hande me his details. So I had to claim from my insurance and as a result they opted to increase my premiums (as any other insurance company would). This was a problem because I was already paying Over R1 100 for insurance a month.
I contacted Budget (and other insurance companies) to see if they could assist me in any way. the premiums were rediculous and I couldnt afford anything more then what I was already paying. A gentle man from buget then contacted me with a MUCH MUCH better deal, he understood my predicament and really went the extra mile and bent over backwards to accommodate me and give me an insurance quote fit for my needs.
